Freshmen Dharun Ravi and Molly Wei from Rutgers University in New Jersey have each been charged with two accounts of invasion of privacy for live broadcasting 18-year-old Tyler Clementi’s sexual encounter with another man and outing his homosexuality. Over the weekend, a candle-light vigil was held for Clementi, which a hundred people attended.
