TSA’s enhanced security spurs US ‘airport rage’

Full body scanners and enhanced pat downs in private rooms are fueling anger among air travelers in the US. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is coming in for severe criticism while passengers are planning a boycott of the scans on Nov. 24 – traditionally the busiest travel day of the year.

    Any talk of what Obama did, what Bush did, what the Republicans do or what Democrats do just shows how fucking goofy you all are. Turn off the mind control machines. The political differences heard on TV, radio and newspapers are as real as WWF wrestling. Its an illusion, a theatrical production only acted out to get you to believe the fiction.     I don’t like having my nuts groped either. It’s a damn shame that Osama bin Underpants has made it necessary. But he did, and it is.

      Way to go smart guy! Completely forget that the TSA took over airport security under the Bush administration, and the fact that large agencies have huge inertia. Give Obama another six years and he’ll be able to undo most of the Bush era travesties. Until then, you’re seeing the result of Republican ineptitude.

        There’s no difference these days between a republican or a democrat in politics. It’s an ideology kept alive by the people but not a dream shared by the political elite.

        Once people put aside their political differences and realise that modern day politicians are pay rolled into power by self interest groups, well start to move in the right direction.

        The day will come, perhaps not in my lifetime, but eventually something will give. But things are going to get a whole lot worse before they get better I’m afraid.

        Gawd, you are eff-ing stupid. Obama is worse than Bush in every respect, he’s made the Patriot Act stronger, he’s opened up more illegal detention centers in europe, guantanamo is still going strong, he’s enacted more draconian executive orders than both Bushs combined, he lied about everything, including ending the wars, he traded soldiers for private henchmen in iraq and added 100k us soldiers into afghanistan.WTFU!

    I sometimes think the fine folk at NMA oversimplify things a little, but there is no doubt you nailed this controversy. You might want to look at the video of the three year old girl getting a pat down/grope by a TSA agent, if you can find it.
