Tim Tebow 2013 NFL season ruined by New York Jets
Tim Tebow will no longer be Tebowing with the New York Jets in 2013 as he was waived by the NFL football team on Monday. General manager John Idzik and coach Rex Ryan told Tebow at the Jets facility on Monday morning that they were pulling the plug. If Tebow is not picked up off waivers, the Jets will have to pay him $1.5 million, due to terms of their trade with the Denver Broncos last years. The Jets will be able to free up about $1 million in salary cap space by cutting Tebow. Tebow had a less than stellar 2012 season with the Jets. He only threw for 39 yards on six completed…
Former NFL cheerleader ‘grabs’ boy’s junk
Elizabeth Garner, a former Tennessee Titans cheerleader, is facing jail time after being charged with aggravated sexual battery against a 12-year old boy. Garner was attending a party at the time of the alleged offense and reportedly followed the boy to the bathroom. She allegedly grabbed the boy’s penis and attempted to perform oral sex on him. The boy escaped and told his mother. When questioned by police, Garner admitted following the boy to the bathroom, but said she did so because she was drunk and mistook him for another adult male present at the party. Garner faces more than eight years in jail if found guilty. The boy meanwhile, faces a lifetime of ridicule…

Super Bowl 2013: It will be brother vs brother at this year’s Super Bowl. San Francisco 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh faces off against his elder sibling, Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh. Who do you think will win, the Ravens or the 49ers? Let us know in the comments. ENGLISH:
Tebow’s NFL career sabotaged by New York Jets
Tebow is finally standing up for himself after having an entire year of his NFL career wasted by coach Rex Ryan and the New York Jets and his image tarnished by a series of malicious leaks to the media from within the Jets football organization. After leading the Denver Broncos to the playoffs last season, Tim Tebow has been reduced to a bit player by Ryan and offensive coordinator Tony Sparano, seeing only occasional playing time in the Jets’ Wildcat formation and, of all things, on the punt return team. This is much to the delight of Tebow haters in the media, who never understood how Tebow managed to win last year despite posting generally…
Bob Costas & gun control on Sunday Night Football
Bob Costas is being attacked for using his Sunday Night Football halftime segment to pontificate on gun control and Jovan Belcher, the NFL Kansas City Chiefs player who the day before the game shot the mother of his baby before turning the gun on himself. Quoting a column by sportswriter Jason Whitlock, Costas said, “‘‘If Jovan Belcher didn’t possess a gun, he and [girlfriend] Kassandra Perkins would both be alive today.’” Conservatives including former Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain and National Rifle Association CEO Wayne LaPierre criticized Costas for mixing politics with sports. “You tune in for a football game and end up listening to Bob Costas spewing sanctimonious dreck,” Cain tweeted. In a podcast…
Seattle Seahawks Suspension: NFC wild-card spot on the line?
Seattle Seahawks starting cornerbacks, Richard Sherman and Brandon Browner, face a four-game suspension for allegedly violating the NFL’s performance-enhancing drug policy. Both Brandon Browner and Richard Sherman are appealing the suspension, claiming that they are innocent. Sherman even tweeted his innocence, “This is issue will be resolved soon and the truth will come out. Not worried.” so we know it’s true, right? According to ESPN the appeal could be addressed as early as this week. A suspension for the Seattle Seahawks could be potentially devastating at this point of the season. Even though the Seahawks lost (24-21) to a narrow victory from the Miami Dolphins, they still have a chance at nabbing the NFC wild-card…
NFL referee lockout bloopers ruining 2012 NFL season
The NFL has locked out its referees due to a labor dispute and brought in incompetent replacement refs. Football fans are furious over the needless extra penalties and botched calls, some of which have altered the outcomes of games. On Monday night, the replacement referees were responsible for the worst call in the history of the National Football League. Green Bay Packers safety M.D. Jennings clearly intercepted a Hail Mary pass by Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russel Wilson in the end zone as time expired in the Packers’ game against the Seahawks. Interception = Green Bay wins. But Seahawks wide receiver Golden Tate reached around Jennings and put his hands on the ball. The replacement refs…
