Walmart shopper Mica Craig got the shock of his life when he was bitten by a rattlesnake. Craig was shopping in the garden section when the snake sank its fangs into his hand. Initially, the Idaho native thought he was brushing away a stick that had fallen across his legs. He soon found this was not the case. Berlin University art students Iman Rezai and Rouven Materne built a colorful guillotine and asked the public to vote whether or not the lamb should be killed live on the internet. A California man has told how a bear saved him from certain death after he was attacked by a mountain lion while out hiking. Robert Biggs, 70, had just finished observing a bear and her cubs when a mountain lion jumped on his back. After Biggs tried unsuccessfully to fight off the lion, the female bear grabbed the lion off his back. The animals fought for a while before the lion ran off.
