Czech president Milos Zeman drunk as a skunk!
Milos Zeman occupies the same office formerly held by Vaclav Havel, the poet, dissident and politician who shepherded the Czechs through the Velvet Revolution. Zeman has already developed a reputation as a hard partier, periodically slurring and staggering around Europe. But that doesn’t seem to bother most Czechs. Since claiming a “virus” caused his boozy behavior at the royal jewel ceremony, “I’m going out for a virus” has become the new Czech party call.
